WHO WE ARE
CLEVR Community is a nonprofit organization launched in the fall of 2016 with a mission to improve Cleveland's socioeconomic conditions by channeling the ingenuity of Clevelanders towards the creation of high demand AR/VR based content, products and services. To that end, CLEVR Community aims to host meetups, workshops, hackathons and conferences that promote awareness and education of experiential technologies across our city. We partner with regional and global associations, companies and academic institutions to ensure that our community has access to next generation technology, industry experts and investors.
WE BUILD BRIDGES, NOT BORDERS
CLEVR is a community of inclusion open to anyone with a desire to learn more about the power of AR/VR experiences to improve lives both at play and at work. We believe Cleveland has ample talent and potential to build and sustain its own vibrant ecosystem of AR/VR focused entrepreneurs and companies ranging from indie to startup to enterprise. These technologies should be accessible to all Clevelanders regardless of socioeconomic background or technical acumen.
